Kitchen Demonstration Theatre
Cooking demonstrations will be taking place through out the weekend in the new larger kitchen demo theatre situated in a marquee towards the rear of the Pavilion. Here you will be able to watch Celebrity Chefs all weekend demonstrating there skills n sharing their expert knowledge.
Grow-Your-Own Area ‘sponsored by Grosvenor Garden Centre’
Be inspired to grow your own wholesome fruit and vegetables. Our team of local expert gardeners will provide the know-how and expertly guide you, on how to grow and harvest better crops. Whether its how to compost, fertilise or how to grow a particular edible plant our experts have all the answers.
Following the successful introduction of this area in 2008, the National Vegetable Society North East Wales Branch will once again be providin an ‘Interactive Allotment’ with representatives from the N/E Wales Branch of the NVS providing on-site practical tips and advice. The area is sponsored by the Grosvenor Garden Centre.
Foodie Forums
Exhibitors will have the chance to introduce you to their products and get quick tips and advice. This will include wine tasting sessions, Demonstrations, Food Tasting and general Question and Answer sessions.
Beer Festival
Last year event saw the successful introduction of the first Llangollen Beer Festival, once again a large heated marquee with host this years Llangollen Beer Festival, featuring a wide range of beers from breweries in North Wales and the borders.
Children’s Food Festival
A NEW area which will feature a range of activities and demonstrations for the visiting children.
Entertainment
An outside area will feature more catering units, seating (including seats undercover) and live music featuring Saxafaction and special guests Rhos Orpheus Male Choir (Saturday only) and Llangollen Male Voice Choir (Sunday only). Rosie’s Triple ‘D’ Cider Press from Llandegla, will be holding a number of demonstrations on traditional cider pressing throughout the weekend and will be on hand to answer questions on cider making.
Exhibitors
This year’s event features over 100 exhibitors for the first time. Exhibitors are hand picked for their quality and many exhibitors return year-on-year to Llangollen. The exhibitors are specialists in their products and happy to offer advice and answer any questions you might have.

Catering
A wide range of catering will be available through the whole weekend from Indian Cuisine to Leek and Sausage Hash to Hog Roast Waffles, or simply sit back and sip a glass of champagne.
